one of the benefits of owning a restaurant is that there is always a menu of delicious lunch or dinner available to you - even when you are already home and feeling too lazy to cook ( well- really there wasn’t much in the fridge ). so last night i called emmett to request he bring home dinner from FINO.

seafood paella ( saffron rice with shrimp - calamari - mussels & chorizo with lemon aioli ) and a romaine salad with feta cheese & olives.

take out food doesn’t get better than this !
